Florida InfoGuide Announces New Ownership, Digital Expansion, and Exciting Enhancements for 25th Anniversary Year

St. Petersburg, FL – Florida InfoGuide, Tampa Bay’s oldest tourist promotional magazine, proudly announces a new chapter in its storied history with the transition of ownership from Bob Marcus to Ritch Brandon in September 2024. Under Brandon’s leadership, the publication has undergone significant enhancements while maintaining its commitment to serving the vibrant tourism community of Pinellas County.

The most notable addition is the launch of the digital platform FLinfo.guide, providing advertisers and readers with seamless online access to the magazine’s rich content and promotional offerings. Complementing this digital evolution is the introduction of Amos, the magazine’s new “MVGreyhound” mascot, who takes readers behind the scenes of Tampa Bay’s top attractions through engaging featured articles and video content available on the website.

Florida InfoGuide has also established a dynamic social media presence led by intern Sarah Grove, whose creative TikTok content has already garnered over 55,000 views, further expanding the magazine’s reach to a younger, tech-savvy audience.

In addition, the publication has launched an exciting events program, showcasing its business partners at major Tampa Bay events. One of the most anticipated events is the upcoming 2025 Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, where Florida InfoGuide will be an exhibitor and host a “race day lounge” sponsored by Golden Isles Brewing.

Celebrating its 25th year of publication in 2025, Florida InfoGuide remains a cornerstone of Tampa Bay tourism, with distribution at 400 locations throughout Pinellas County and a quarterly circulation of 50,000 copies. While the magazine, like many in the region, faced challenges from the 2024 hurricane season, it enters this milestone year with optimism and a solid foundation for continued growth.
