The Florida Guardian ad Litem Office represents abused, abandoned and neglected children in the Pinellas County foster care system.

The office utilizes a team that includes attorneys, child welfare professionals and trained volunteers to represent vulnerable children, both in the community and in court.

Volunteers are asked to commit to approximately 10 hours per month for about 12 to 18 months. Volunteers must be 21 years or older, hold a valid driver’s license, agree to a background check and attend an orientation.
