Roxanne is passionate about science communication and journalism centering stories of equity in food and climate issues. She is also interested in the intersection of art and science. Roxanne has worked in local, national, and international science communications and politics focused on these topics, with an academic background in biological research, environmental ethics, and philosophy. She has also worked in farming, live event production, and the arts. She hopes to use her passion for storytelling, human rights, and the natural world to tell stories that inform and inspire engagement.
