SoleVenture addresses the critical needs of this rapidly growing segment of the workforce. The SoleVenture platform will provide freelancers with the infrastructure they need to build and grow their businesses including entity formation assistance; billing and invoicing support; access to business insurances and the personal benefits of traditional employment, including health, dental, vision, and limited medical plans; and retirement and savings accounts. SoleVenture is the back office support for the solopreneur.

Robyn Rusignuolo is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. After cutting her teeth as a corporate attorney and HR professional, Robyn transitioned into operations in 2012. Since then, she has run several companies, including a large PEO and several related care management entities. She is passionate about launching new programs and building incredible teams in an entrepreneurial culture. Robyn most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Modern Business Associates, where she was responsible for the delivery of HR technology and back-office services to employers nationwide. With SoleVenture, she will provide similar support directly to individuals in order to foster their autonomy and prosperity in the rapidly growing freelance economy.
Co-Founder & CEO
Eve Epstein began her practice in Washington, DC as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor litigating a backlog of contested health and safety violations initiated by coal companies. Later on, she served as an Assistant Counsel for the National Treasury Employees Union – the second largest federal employees union in the country. She returned home in 2015 to create and direct St. Petersburg’s Wage Theft Recovery Program. She met her co-founder, Robyn Rusignuolo, while serving as in-house counsel at the PEO, Modern Business Associates. She is driven by a mission to foster economic independence and innovation by enabling independent workers to access traditional benefits and work without an employer.
