Catalina sells HQ in Carillon for nearly $30M

St. Petersburg-based shopper intelligence firm Catalina has sold its headquarters in the Carillon business park for $29.5 million. 

Real estate firm Webull Management LLC, which has an office in the co-working hub Thrive in St. Petersburg, has purchased the 474,070-square-foot building at 200 Carillon Parkway. The real estate firm is connected to an unknown company that is planning to establish operations in St. Petersburg.

Mermosa makes history, waves in the wine industry

A small St. Petersburg business with a big story rooted in overcoming slavery through love will continue blossoming with the help of a national grant.

Mermosa - Florida's first Black-owned wine brand - became one of only 30 small businesses out of 12,500 applicants across the U.S. to receive a $10,000 grant from the FedEx Entrepreneur Fund last week. Founder Desiree Noisette qualified to apply as her parents both served in Vietnam.
