Inside Masonite’s playbook for $285M acquisition

Tampa-based door manufacturer Masonite International Corp. is entering the outdoor patio space - a sector the company values between $4 to $5 billion.

The new move follows Masonite's (NYSE: DOOR) announced purchase of California-based Fleetwood Aluminum Products in a $285 million all-cash transaction.

Shuttered St. Pete brewery hits the market

The former home of The Brutalist Temple of Beer in St. Petersburg is now on the market with a $2.7 million asking price.

Aric Parker, owner of the brewery, purchased the industrial building at 1776 11th Ave. N. in early 2022 and closed the space in October of this year.
