Be sure to come check out the 1st-ever “Battle for the Burg” art battle, this Saturday, March 13, from 6-9pm at Bayboro Brewing. Brought to you by PT Collins, of Collins Productions, and hosted at Bayboro Brewing, 2390 5th Ave S. in St. Petersburg.

This event features eight of the top artists in St Petersburg, including Derek Donnelly, Mark Stevens, Brooklyn, Jabari Reed, Zulu Painter, Van Der Luc, Luisa Padro, and Pedro Hernandez. The artists will pair off into four teams and paint live, in a 90-minute battle on a large format surface. The art will be available for purchase during a live auction on the event Facebook page that night. Original art from the artists will also be available for sale on-site.

Additionally, the monthly Guerrilla Art Market will take place on site that evening from 5-10pm, showcasing and promoting the work of local artists. The Guerrilla Art Market is one of St Pete’s favorite art markets, taking place every second Saturday at Bayboro Brewing. Local, fresh and emerging art is what it’s all about so be sure to walk through and support.

There will be live music, a DJ, food trucks and of course some of the best beers that St. Pete has to offer from the crew at Bayboro Brewing. This is a family and pet-friendly event. All Covid protocols will be strictly enforced, with social distancing observed, and masks are 100% required.
