Learning Goals:

• Participants will understand the role of equity in non-profits, both internally and externally.  
• Participants will understand the connections between racial equity and health equity and have strategies to foster health equity through the advancement of racial equity. 
• Participants will be equipped with policies and practices that advance equity and could be adopted in their organizations.  
• Participants will be able to analyze their community outreach and engagement strategies through an equity lens and assess growth areas. 
• Participants will have practical strategies for building collaborative community relationships and inclusive partnerships.
