Join us for a family-friendly golden age musical filled with showstopping choreography, award winning direction, and a live orchestra conducted by Palm Harbor University High School’s band director Mr. Gregory Urban!
The musical follows Dolly Levi, a widowed matchmaker, as she arrives in New York City in the 1890s to arrange a wife for the wealthy Mr. Horace Vandergelder. Through a series of matchmaking couples in New York (such as Horace’s employees – the dynamic duo of Cornelius and Barnaby), Dolly reveals her secret intentions of marrying Horace herself – even though he already has his eye on Miss Irene Molloy, the owner of a hat shop in Yonkers, where she works with her assistant Minnie Fay. The dazzling cast will take the audience through a story that will leave them laughing and smiling the whole night long.
