Dig your toes into the sand, shake off the weight of the day, and enjoy the serene ocean ambiance at sunset. This rejuvenating, non-traditional 75 min workout provides a combination of restorative vinyasa yoga and gentle core power exercise focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. Our goal is to offer classes that promote weight loss, wellness, and overall healthy habits.

Vinyasa yoga classes will be offered EVERY SUNDAY EVENING at 22nd Ave in Pass-A-Grille (please check calendar for class times).
