If you’re searching for a way to give back to your community, the Catalyst’s Impact Connector is here to help. Each week, we feature five organizations in the Tampa Bay area that need your help, whether that’s time, talent, items, funding or simply awareness. We’re certain you’ll find something here that matches your interests and will positively impact the community.

Order custom gear that benefits the community

Discover the Florida Dream Center custom printing and embroidery shop. When you order custom-printed T-shirts or embroidery with us, 100% of the proceeds fuel our work readiness program.  Get the best for your event or work supply needs while making a positive impact. Support history with Cocktails on the Courts

Party like it’s 1959 this Saturday with the St. Petersburg Museum of History at Cocktails on the Courts. Tickets for this community event include shuffleboard, live music by The Ocean Road Band, unlimited Florida cuisine and cocktails, a silent auction and more. Tickets help support the St. Petersburg Museum of History and its mission.

Preschool Garden Attendant

Do you have a green thumb? Are you passionate about children learning to eat right from the start and having access to fresh fruits and vegetables? YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg’s Ross Roeder and Mary Anne Reilly Teaching Garden at the Speer YMCA Preschool Academy could use your help. Learn more about becoming a Preschool Garden Attendant here.

Stock the St. Pete Community Pantry

The 727 Community Pantry is typically stocked with nonperishable food and is free for anyone in the community to use. Lately, the shelves have been empty, as the community takes full advantage of this mutual aid pantry. You can make sure everyone in St. Pete has access to a healthy meal by donating your extra food items or purchasing food to share. The pantry is located at 1046 50th Ave N.
