Name: Frank Marsalisi (Marsalisi Law)

Posted By Megan Holmes

Frank Marsalisi started his own firm in 2014 to fill the gaps he saw in larger traditional law practices. Marsalisi promises his clients a boutique, high touch experience working not with a paralegal or case manager, but a licensed attorney, from the very beginning. All of Marsalisi Law's client interactions start with an initial one-on-one interview with a licensed attorney. Located in West St. Pete, Marsalisi Law specializes in personal injury law, specifically in cases involving roadways or traffic accidents.

Trial Attorney and Owner of Marsalisi Law

What do you do?

Marsalisi Law is where law gets personal. We’re a boutique personal injury law firm representing motorcycle accident, car accident, scooter accident, pedestrian accident and all traffic accident injury victims. Talk to the lawyer, not a paralegal.

Why do you do it?

I do what I do because I am born and raised in this community and want to ensure that our citizens get the quality legal representation they deserve. Victims of motorcycle and other traffic accidents just have had their world turned upside down. My goal is to take as much stress off of their plate so that they can focus on their health and getting better.

What was your Catalyst? (How did you get started?)

When I opened my law firm in 2014, my goal was incorporate what I have learned from prior roles working for larger law firms – and improve on those experiences by addressing the main concerns that clients have had with those experiences. I have always prided myself on working closely and having excellent communication with my clients.

What’s a common misconception or unknown aspect of what you do?

The practice area of personal injury law is heavily marketed and very competitive in this area. Most people do not realize that if they contracted one of those law firms, they more than likely will never meet the lawyer or sometimes even speak to them. Most of those law firms have paralegals or case managers deal with handling the cases and client contact. My firm is different.

What’s the most challenging part of your Hustle?

We are competing in a market with major law firms who will always outspend us with their marketing dollars. What we pride ourselves is on outstanding and personalized representation. Almost 100% of our clients contract our law firm based on the recommendation of former clients, word of mouth, and online reviews.

What’s the most valuable piece of business advice/insight that’s helped you?

Treat clients exactly how you hope to be treated in return.
