With Endeavor, she helps her clients work smarter, freeing them up to do the work that actually pays the bills.

Years in Tampa Bay

I have been in Tampa since 2014.

Hustle (job)

Chief Techie at The Endeavor Firm

What do you do?

I help entrepreneurs leverage the power of online tech tools to run efficient and profitable businesses. I do that by working with them to strategically build out the tools that will help them grow an audience and sell more products and services.

Why do you do it?

I believe that everyone should be able to do what they want, live how they want and make money the way they want. I do my part to support entrepreneurs through the use of tech so they can maximize their time and build profitable businesses.

What was your Catalyst? (How did you get started?)

I spent 12 years working for the federal government, but I always felt called to entrepreneurship. In 2016, I finally decided to go for it and made plans to start my business. I launched in January 2017.

What’s a common misconception or unknown aspect of what you do?

That tech is just a man’s game. Most tech businesses are owned by men and women rarely get into this field. But more women are starting to work with tech, both as builders and as systems strategists.

What’s the most challenging part of your Hustle?

Tech is constantly changing and it can be difficult to stay on top of the next new thing.

What’s the most valuable piece of business advice/insight that’s helped you?

Don’t try to be all things to all people. Find what you’re really good at and focus on building that. When I reduced my business down to just what I wanted to do, everything got much easier.
