Since 1985, Feldman Equities has made its name by fixing up and leasing distressed office assets.

For more than 30 years, Feldman Equities has been buying up subpar commercial real estate and converting it into prime and profitable real estate. In the few short years since his move to Tampa Bay in 2009, president and CEO Larry Feldman has overseen the renovations of Wells Fargo Center and Park Tower in Tampa and the renovation of the Morgan Stanley Tower, City Center, and First Central Tower in downtown St. Petersburg. Currently, Feldman Equities is developing Riverwalk Place tower in Tampa, a 52-story luxury residential building that will be the tallest on Florida’s west coast.

Feldman Equities and its joint venture partners own or manage over four million square feet of Florida office space. Over the past 30 years, Feldman Equities has developed or acquired over 11 million square feet of office and retail properties with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion. Today, Feldman Equities is embarked upon an aggressive program to acquire under-performing office buildings in the greater Tampa Bay market. Typical candidates for acquisition are office buildings of more than 100,000 square feet. Feldman Equities has built its name through its depth of experience in all facets of real estate, including development, construction, leasing, management and finance.

Larry Feldman

President and CEO

Mr. Feldman has been the president and CEO of Feldman Equities since 1990. From 1997 until 1999, he was the founder of, and served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tower Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT (New York Stock Exchange symbol: “TOW”). From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Feldman served as Chairman of Feldman Mall Properties, Inc. a publicly traded REIT. He is also the founder and former Chairman of the Midtown West Association of New York City. Mr. Feldman was formerly a member of the Board of East Woods School in Oyster Bay NY. He graduated from Windham College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Feldman has lectured at the graduate schools of N.Y.U. and Columbia University on commercial real estate development.

Vice President

Mack is a board member of Friends of the Riverwalk in Tampa as well as the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership. He is a member of the Grow Smarter Steering Committee in St. Petersburg and leads Grow Smarter’s District and Corridor Development workgroup. Mack is also an alumnus of Leadership Tampa Bay. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Business Observer as part of its “40 Under 40” class of 2018. Before joining Feldman Equities, Mack served as a Policy Researcher for the presidential campaign of Governor Jeb Bush. Mack also worked as a Legislative Intern for Senator Mark Kirk of Illinois. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelors in Government.
