Since its inception in 1984, Habitat Pinellas has become one of the largest Habitat for Humanity branches in the country.
For nearly 35 years, the nonprofit organization has dedicated time and hard work to build affordable housing for future homeowners. Because Habitat Pinellas receives such strong support from the community, it’s been able to build hundreds of homes for families since it was established in Pinellas County. Due to its expansion in St. Petersburg, Habitat for Humanity has built 55 homes in 2018 alone, and 10 families benefited from the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, which creates safe and lively communities.
