Heels to Heal helps domestic violence and sexual assault survivors embark on a path of recovery.

Licensed mental health counselors specialize in domestic violence and sexual assault cases, giving survivors the care and treatment they need in order to cope with trauma. Survivors establish a sense of self and become independent, manage anger and depression, build self-esteem and explore career options. Heels to Heal also runs awareness programs, encouraging the community to be part of the solution to domestic violence and sexual assault. People can get involved by donating and participating in diaper, clothing and food drives. All programs are funded by community support, donations and fundraising events.
