St. Petersburg Distillery is St. Pete’s own homegrown distillery. Our story is really the story of St. Pete itself, a community actively creating and continually crafting – our story builds on a rich history without being stuck in the past – it’s alive and ever-changing, vibrant, compassionate, creative, resilient, respectful – we are forward thinking doers and makers. We opened our doors in 2014 in the early days of the Florida craft spirits boom as a place focused on honing our craft to make the highest quality products possible to share across Florida. We enjoy having fun in what we do, the art of play, and the determination to work hard for products we believe in. St. Petersburg is a place we believe in too, and this community is very much a part of who we are, and what we make. We are excited to share the Spirit of St. Pete with you!

Core values/mission statement
We are a small family-owned business, with no obligation to a pool of outside investors. Even as we’ve grown we’ve remained committed to this belief, and because of this we are free to pursue uncompromising quality and deliver an honest, exceptional customer experience. Our founders, Dominic Iafrate Sr. and his two sons, Dominic Jr. and Stephen have their roots in making and creating from farming to building. Dominic Sr. remembers the joy of picking grapes as a kid in his rural Italian hometown and mashing them into wine, a family tradition passed on from one generation to the next. This experience of creating something new from scratch fuels our passion. We genuinely enjoy sharing this same thrill with you in what we make, bringing you into our process – literally – at our craft distillery. We can’t wait to see you!
