Pelican Place will offer income-restricted homeownership opportunities for qualifying individuals and families through Habitat's affordable homeownership program.

This event will be held at GTE Financial Credit Union located next to the under-construction Pelican Place development. Attendees will be able to view floor plans, renderings, and community information while learning more about the opportunity.

During the event, you can:

• Learn about Habitat's homeownership program and eligibility requirements.
• Speak with Habitat team members and ask questions.
