Places This Week: A 10-key boutique hotel in Treasure Island

The Bungalows, a 10-key boutique hotel located at 12321 Gulf Blvd., Treasure Island, has listed for $3.5 million.
Renovated earlier this year, the vacation property features a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units across four buildings and three parcels totaling 0.4 acres of land.
Structure 1 is a one-story property built in 1951 with two units and 1,664 gross square feet. Structure 2 was built in 1948 and provides three units across 1,939 gross square feet. Structure 3, built in 1948, includes two units with 760 gross square feet, and Structure 4, constructed in 1946, has three units spread between 1,969 gross square feet.
Every unit features updated bathrooms, floors and cabinets, and a kitchenette with recently installed stainless-steel appliances. Additional improvements include new roofs, HVAC and water heaters.
Two of the buildings are adjacent to the newly resurfaced pool, and all of the units have direct access to outdoor seating areas. The property is steps from the beach and kayak and boat rentals, and a two-minute walk to John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk.

‘Magic Mike’ house in Tierra Verde for sale
A Tierra Verde waterfront estate, known as the Magic Mike house due to its cameo appearance in the 2012 comedy-drama starring Channing Tatum, has entered the market with a list price of $12 million.
At the time of filming, the 15,579 gross square-foot structure, situated on a 0.35-acre at 100 Sands Point Dr., was under construction. It was completed in 2013.
The three-story gated property provides five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half-baths across 7,825 square feet of living space.
The 4,655 square-foot main level features a great room with two-story ceilings, Saltillo tile flooring and a limestone fireplace; a gourmet kitchen equipped with dual wine refrigerators, a copper sink with a pot filler and Sub-Zero, Bosch and Wolf appliances; a primary suite with a custom closet and dressing area and a private waterfront terrace; and a media room with surround sound, a wet bar and a beverage station.

The lower level provides a 4,240 square-foot, five-car garage, a covered lanai and a wet bar. A second elevator provides access to all three levels.
Outdoors is a heated saltwater pool and spa, a full-service dock, 200 feet of Tampa Bay waterfrontage and direct views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
Additional highlights include impact-resistant doors and windows, a whole-house generator, a water purification system and exterior video security.

Hit Show Productions selling warehouse property
A 6,000 square-foot industrial warehouse at 2866 Roosevelt Blvd., Largo has entered the market with an asking price of $1.78 million.
The property is currently occupied by the owner, Hit Show Productions, a full-scale video production and digital content company. An outside tenant shares the space with a lease that expires in September.
Built in 1983, the steel-frame structure is divided into 1,800 square feet of office space with Ceilume ceiling tiles and polished concrete floors, and 4,200 square feet of warehouse space with 18 to 20-foot ceiling heights and a painted epoxy floor.

Old Northeast home sells above list price
A one-story home, located at 175 26th Avenue N., in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, sold May 28 for $1.353 million. The home was first listed in April for $1.30 million.
Built in 1922, the 1,551 heated square-foot residence sits on a 0.15-acre lot in a non-flood zone. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half-bath.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors are found throughout. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a stainless-steel eight-burner gas stove and double ovens. The master suite provides double walk-in closets and a bath with an oversized stand-up shower and a separate soaking tub.
Plans for a pool and landscaping are in place for the spacious backyard. Architectural plans also exist to build a two-story structure with a garage on the lower level and an accessory dwelling unit above.

Clearwater industrial property sells
The sale of a 3.42-acre parcel of land, with two industrial buildings totaling 40,508 heated square feet at 14550 58th Street N., Clearwater, closed May 19 for a consideration of $6.703 million.
The property is leased by Advanced Protection Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of commercial and industrial surge protectors.
The largest of the two structures, with 29,699 square feet, was built in 1996. It provides warehouse, service and office space. The second structure was built in 1999 and includes 10,809 square feet of warehouse and office space.
Investment highlights include a new roof in 2023, 100% air-conditioned, 22-foot ceiling heights, four grade-level drive-in doors and two truck wells.
The seller, Mandalay Real Estate Partners, LLC., located in Jacksonville, purchased the property in 2022 for $4.450 million. The buyer is FIVF Property Group, LLC out of Hoboken, New Jersey. The listing was provided by John Dunphy with JLL Commercial Real Estate.
