Places This Week: A two-story downtown penthouse

Located on the top two floors of The Walker Whitney Plaza at 226 5th Avenue N., St. Petersburg, a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath penthouse condominium has listed for sale for $2.975 million. Built in 2007, the residence, one of only 56 units, offers a total of 2,514 square feet of living space.
The first level features an entrance with 30-foot-high tongue and groove wood ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, wood plank flooring, solid wood slab doors with metal frames, chandeliers and remote-controlled roller shades on every window. Amplify Clearwater property for sale
The Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce is selling an office building at 1346 S. Ft. Harrison Ave., Clearwater for $2.4 million. The property, built in 1987, is currently occupied by Amplify Clearwater, which has two additional locations on Clearwater Beach. It is situated on a 0.34-acre corner lot steps off the Belleair Country Club.
The two-story building provides a total of 7,563 gross square feet with 2,154 heated square feet on the ground floor, 3,217 heated square feet on the upper story and an 856 square-foot carport. Inside are 10 private offices, four bathrooms, a kitchenette on each level and a 14-car parking lot. Every office offers views of the golf course. The property sits in a prime location with a lighted intersection and includes pylon signage to maximize brand exposure.

Treasure Island home sells $545,000 below list
A 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home at 11055 7th Street E., Treasure Island, sold Oct. 22 for $1.25 million. The property was listed for $1.795 million when it first hit the market in July, a difference of $545,000. According to the seller’s agent, it was flooded with a little over one foot of water following Hurricane Helene.
Built in 1969, the 2,800 gross square-foot residence is situated on a 0.25-acre lot with 166 feet of waterfrontage on the Intracoastal Waterway. Inside the one-story structure, the living room transitions to an open dining space with expansive water views. A separate family room has a built-in entertainment center with access to a private waterfront lanai.

Jungle Terrace home lists
A 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath home at 8238 30th Avenue N. in the historic Jungle Terrace neighborhood of St. Petersburg has listed for sale with an asking price of $1.175 million. Built in 1971, the one-story, 2,566 heated square-foot home sits on a 0.25-acre parcel of land on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The living room, with vinyl plank flooring, provides a massive screen and projector that are included with the sale. The updated kitchen features a center island, high-end appliances and modern finishes. The five-bedroom split floorplan includes a master suite with an ensuite bath that has been updated with designer porcelain tile.

Seminole Executive Centre lists
Centrally located in the heart of Seminole, a 6,850 gross square-foot office complex at 8200 Seminole Blvd. has listed for sale with an asking price of $1.5 million. The one-story structure was built in 1985 and is situated on a 0.66-acre parcel of land.
The property includes a spacious lobby entrance, office suites with private baths, three conference rooms and a kitchen/break room. Both front and covered rear parking is available, providing approximately 30 parking spaces. The building can be partially or fully owner-occupied and is perfect for service providers such as physicians, attorneys, accountants, engineers or realtors. The seller, registered under the name Seminole Executive Centre, LLC, purchased the property in 2006 for $1.275 million. Victor Adamo, with Coldwell Banker Pickett Fences Realty, and also listed as seller’s registered agent, provided the listing.
Palm Harbor flex space sells
A 6,610 gross square-foot flexible warehouse space located at 930 Florida Avenue in downtown Palm Harbor sold Oct. 21 for $1.35 million.
Built in 1973, the property is situated on a 0.34-acre corner lot with high visibility from the main road. The warehouse can be divided into two units, each with 16-foot ceilings and overhead roll-up garage doors. Also included is a separate working space with three individual offices, one conference room, a kitchen/break area, two workstations and one bathroom with a shower. The property is steps away from restaurants, bars and local attractions.
The seller, Creative Sports Enterprises, Inc., an online retailer of sports memorabilia and autographs, purchased the property in 2000 for $287,500. The buyer is Bart Knellinger, president and CEO of Progressive Dental. The listing was provided by Jack Bataoel with Keller Williams Commercial Real Estate.
