A 5,442 square-foot single family residence, located at 5335 61st Avenue S. in St. Petersburg, has hit the market for $7.5 million. This two-story 4-bedroom, 5-bath Bayway Isles home sits on a 14,005 square-foot lot and features expansive water views, a private boat dock with a 40-foot water slip and a full-home generator.

Downstairs has an open floor plan with smart home technology, a great room with ceiling beams and a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with double islands and a walk-in pantry, a den and an office. A former YMCA in St. Petersburg’s Harbordale neighborhood has listed for $950,000. Located at 2421 4th Street S., this one-story, 5,200 square foot building was built in 2002 and sits on a 17,206 square foot lot with CRT-1 zoning.

It was originally built with a basketball court, vaulted ceilings and solid block construction. The current floorplan includes a reception area, computer lab, nursery, director’s office, kitchen and storage space.

Outside is a circular drive and 13 parking spaces. Potential conversion could include a daycare, civic club, or office space.

 Tyrone Blvd. industrial building sales price reduced

The price has been reduced for a newly renovated flexible warehouse space, located at 3577 Tyrone Boulevard N. in St. Petersburg. Originally listed for $1.395 million, the price has been dropped to $1.25 million. The property is currently owned by Northwest Collision Center, LLC, and sits on a .29+ acre lot with a 6,274 square foot building that was built in 1960/1983 and renovated in 2023.

Former bank building for sale or lease

A commercial retail building located at 7405 Seminole Blvd has been listed with an asking price of $3.5 million. The space is also advertised as being available to lease.

The 9,396 square-foot former bank is located across the street from Seminole Plaza Shopping Mall and a half-mile east of Seminole City Center. The two-story building, built in 1962 and renovated in 1975, sits on a 1.19-acre corner lot and can be used for medical, office or retail use. It is visible from both Park and Seminole Boulevards. 26 parking spaces are available on-site.

The current owner is PV-Lake Seminole LLC.
