Monticciolo Family Holdings LLC, the registered owner of Monticciolo Family & Sedation Dentistry properties, is offering a portfolio of 12 locations for sale-leaseback across the Tampa Bay area, four of which are located in Pinellas County. Each property is also listed and priced individually and conditioned upon the seller signing a 10-year NNN lease at closing. All of the leases include four five-year options to renew with a rental increase of 1.5% annually throughout the initial and option periods. Crescent Lake home sells after one day on the market
A four-bedroom, three-bath home at 719 21st Avenue N., St. Petersburg closed March 10 for $1.825 million following one day on the market in early February with a list price of $1.85 million.
The two-story property was built in 1925 and is situated on a 0.18-acre lot in the Crescent Lake neighborhood. It provides 2,717 square feet of living space across a 1,884 square-foot main level and a 618 square-foot upper story.

The Sands at Clearwater changes ownership
The deed for the sale of The Sands at Clearwater, a 240-unit apartment complex located at 2168 Druid Rd., Clearwater, was recorded with the Pinellas County Clerk’s office on March 7. The new owner, Greystar Equity Partners XI, with offices in Charleston, South Carolina, purchased the property for $64.5 million.
The four structures, comprising a total of 264,733 heated square feet, were built in 2014. Structures 1, 2 and 3 are each three-story buildings with 48, 72 and 120 units, respectively. Structure 4 is a one-story clubhouse with 4,345 heated square feet.
The complex offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each with nine-foot ceilings, hardwood-style flooring, oversized windows, gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and lake views. Amenities include a saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, lakeside dog park, outdoor grilling areas, detached garages and a billiards room.
The seller, Starwood Property Trust, purchased the property under the registered name SREIT Sands Clearwater, L.L.C. in 2022 for $66.9 million.
