Places This Week: HSN warehouse space hits the market

As the Home Shopping Network (HSN) winds down operations at its St. Petersburg campus, another property occupied by the online shopping giant has listed for sale for an undisclosed amount.
2400 118th Avenue N. is a 124,684 gross square-foot light manufacturing or office/warehouse space located across the street from HSN’s 64.8-acre headquarters at 2501 118th Avenue N., which entered the market earlier this month.
The two story structure, built in 1987 and renovated in 2007, is situated on a 6.75-acre parcel. It features 79,500 square feet of warehouse space and 44,599 square feet of office space, equally divided across the two floors and accessible by an elevator.
The concrete block building has fluorescent warehouse lighting, is 100% air-conditioned, equipped with a sprinkler system and provides three-phase power with over 1,600 amps. In the back of the building are three loading docks with 23.7 to 25.4-foot clear ceiling heights. Outside are 285 paved parking spaces. A contiguous 4.3 acres of land on the eastern side of the property is also available for sale.
12684 Corporation, a Delaware company with offices in Toronto, Canada, purchased the property in 1991 for $6.975 million. The listing agents are Deron Thomas, Tyler Thomas and Kyle Harris with Industrial Realty Solutions.

Redington Beach home sells above list price
A five-year old home at 16119 6th Street E., Redington Beach closed April 10, following one month on the market, for $3.640 million – $40,000 above the list price.
The three story, 4,180 heated square-foot property sits on a 0.18-acre parcel with 103 feet of waterfrontage. It features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. On the main level are a great room with a tray ceiling; a chef’s kitchen with a marble prep island, Monogram stainless steel appliances and an oversized pantry; a dining room surrounded by picture windows; a guest room that could also be used as an office; and a primary suite with panoramic water views, his-and-her walk-in closets and an ensuite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Regency Villas Apartments, a 16-unit multifamily complex at 779 9th Avenue N., in the Historic Uptown neighborhood of St. Petersburg, has listed with an asking price of $2.89 million.
The living units are spread across three separate parcels of land, each with a single-story structure built in 1953 and 1954. 921 8th Street N. is a 2,348 heated square-foot property situated on a 0.22-acre parcel with one, one-bedroom unit and five studio apartments. 779 9th Avenue N. is a 1,740 heated square-foot property on a 0.18-acre parcel with five studio apartments. 795 9th Avenue N. is a 1,720 heated square-foot property on a 0.20-acre parcel, also with five studio apartments.

Move-in ready St. Petersburg industrial for sale
A vacant industrial building at 3160 46th Avenue N., St. Petersburg has hit the market for $1.999 million. The one-story, 7,380 gross square-foot structure was built in 1959 and sits on a 0.41-acre lot.

Clearwater insurance agency property sells
The sale of an investment property occupied by Marsh McLennan Agency at 101 N. Starcrest Drive, Clearwater was recorded April 14 for a consideration of $3.736 million. It was first listed in June 2024 for $4.6 million. Remaining as a tenant, Marsh McLennan Agency provides business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and private client insurance solutions.
The two-story structure, situated on a 3.36 acre parcel of land, was built in 1973 and provides 28,094 gross square feet. It was remodeled in 2019 and the roof was replaced in 2021.
Inside is a mix of private offices and open areas for cubicles, conference rooms of varying sizes, a mail room, an IT room and a breakroom on each floor.
