Places This Week: Old Northeast Tudor-style home lists

An updated and remodeled 1937 Tudor-style home in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg has listed for $1.35 million. The 3-bedroom, 3-bath home, located at 136 21st Ave. NE, has 2,321 square feet of living space and is a short stroll to the Coffee Pot waterfront and downtown St. Petersburg.

Two large warehouse retail showrooms located at 8190 US Hwy 19 N., Pinellas Park, have listed for $2.7 million. The 8,940 combined heated square-foot property is currently home to Mr. Pool Inc. Situated on a 1.21-acre plot of land at the corner of US Hwy 19 N and 82nd Avenue, the site is prime for future development.
Building 1 is a one-story, prefinished metal, 4,000 heated square-foot structure built in 1973. Newly constructed Belleair Beach home sells
A 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home located at 2601 Bayshore Drive, Belleaire Beach sold June 3 for $6.6 million, $150,000 below the list price. Completed in 2024, this was the first waterfront Belleair Beach home to be constructed in seven years.
The three-story, 5,950 square-foot property sits on an 8,799 square-foot plot with 80 feet of waterfrontage. The custom open floorplan features 11-foot-high ceilings, wide-plank wood flooring and Euro-style frameless cabinetry. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with quartzite countertops, a Wolf double gas range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a butler’s pantry with separate appliances. Upstairs quarters include the owner’s suite with a 24-foot-wide covered waterfront balcony and a bath with Italian marble, dual vanities, a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed dual shower.

Tarpon Springs American Legion property sells
A building formerly owned and occupied by American Legion Post 46, at 1254 S. Pinellas Avenue, Tarpon Springs, sold June 4 for $999,999. It was originally listed in Nov. 2023 for $1.2 million.
Located in the Tarpon Bend Professional Center, across from AdventHealth North Pinellas Hospital, the two story, free-standing building is suitable for office, medical or professional use. Situated on a 0.17-acre of land, the 5,957 heated square-foot structure has 3,927 square-feet on the first level and 2,030 on the upper floor. An elevator, along with entrances in the front, side and rear provide easy access and accessibility. A new roof was installed in 2016, new shutters in 2019 and renovations valued at over $60,000 were made in 2022.
American Legion Post 46 purchased the property in 2022 for $758,000. The buyer is SWOP LLC, a Florida limited liability company registered under Johannes H. Wijnmaalen, a physical therapist in New Port Richey, Florida. The listing was provided by Omar Abbas with Abbas Realty Group LLC. The buyer was represented by Peter Katsarelis with Brokers International Real Estate.

Dunedin canal-front four-plex lists for sale
A 2,688 square-foot property with four 2-bedroom, 1-bath units at 2683 St. Josephs Drive East, in Dunedin, has listed for $1.9 million. The two-story property, built in 1969, sits on a 5,868 square-foot parcel of land with 63 feet of salt-water canal waterfrontage.

Eight-unit St. Petersburg apartment building sells
Gulfport Gardens, an eight-unit apartment complex located at 7027 4th Avenue N., St. Petersburg, sold June 4 for $1.6 million, $150,000 below the list price. The combined 5,408 heated square feet is spread out between two one-story 2,704 square-foot structures, both built in 1966.
The two buildings, 100% occupied, each hold four living spaces: one 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment and three 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartments. Each unit has its own parking and backyard. The 0.43-acre of land is steps away from downtown Gulfport and South Pasadena.
The seller and previous owner, Bizlift LLC, purchased the property in 2023 for $1.2 million. Since then, it underwent significant updates and improvements, including a new courtyard and laundry facilities. New roofs were installed in 2018 and 2022 and HVAC systems were replaced in 2021 and 2023.
The buyer is FAE Holdings A37232, LLC, a Florida limited liability company which registered with the state in May 2024. The seller was represented by David Rosenthal with Grimaldi Commercial Realty Corp.
