An investment banking team led by Beth Cahill has joined Skyway Capital Markets.
The team has been successful in a wide variety of transactions, including the refinancing of a credit facility in the insurance sector, acquisition growth capital for a healthcare services company and the sale of an asphalt milling company.
After attending the University of Florida, Cahill began her career with Chemical Bank, N.A. in New York, transitioning from traditional listed securities portfolio management to institutional private company investment banking with Alliance Capital. Cahill has been involved in cross border transactions throughout her career, having travelled to over 30 countries working for her clients. She has been involved in several hundred transactions over her multi-decade banking career, spanning many industries. Most recently, she has participated in transactions involving healthcare, energy, aerospace and defense, cyber security and infrastructure. Prior to joining Skyway, Cahill was Senior Managing Director at CEA.
