Chairman and CEO Paul Reilly today announced that Chris Aisenbrey, senior vice president, Organization and Talent Development, has been promoted to chief human resources officer effective October 1.
Aisenbrey will succeed Stan Duncan, who previously announced that he would be departing Raymond James effective Sept. 30 to pursue other opportunities.
“In addition to a broad range of human resources experience at Fortune 500 companies prior to joining the firm, in his nearly five years at Raymond James, Chris has had a meaningful impact – most notably in talent development and diversity and inclusion,” said Reilly. “I’m confident he’ll continue to support the strategic direction of the firm in this expanded role.”
Before joining Raymond James to lead Organization and Talent Development, Aisenbrey held senior HR leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies. He was group director of Talent Management & Leadership Development at The Coca-Cola Company for their North America business, as well as the international Bottling Investments Group. He previously served as director, Global Talent Acquisition and University Relations, at Whirlpool Corporation.
Aisenbrey is a member of the Operating Committee and represents the firm as the Chair of the SIFMA Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council. He holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from New School University (New York City) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca (NY) College.
