Chief revenue officer

Vology today announced that David Wirta has been promoted to president of the leading managed IT, security and cloud services provider. Wirta has been a key player in the company’s growth since joining in 2017 as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He has led Vology’s sales and marketing teams and aligned them to enable accelerated execution across all product categories, increased revenue growth and focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence, and growing the organization’s prominence as an industry innovator.
In his new role as president, Wirta is responsible for leading Vology’s operations, sales, marketing, client success and solutions architect teams.

Wirta has more than 25 years in executive roles. He has built high-performing teams, led corporate operations and organizational transformation, and driven aggressive business growth. Before joining Vology, he served as CRO at Greenway Health, where he led the transformation of the go-to-market organization to become a market leader. Formerly, he served as managing director at Vista Consulting Group, where he led the sales practice for Vista Equity Partners Foundation and Flagship fund portfolio companies and supported the value creation strategies for 13 platform acquisitions. Before then, he founded Corporate Growth Advisory, a sales consultancy firm. He has also held senior leadership roles at Ceridian, First Advantage and ChoicePoint.
