American Integrity announces that industry veteran Dick Dowd has been appointed Executive Vice President. He reports to Bob Ritchie, President and CEO, and is responsible for all sales and marketing staff and initiatives. Dowd will spearhead initiatives that further augment the Company’s solid foundation and will drive its growth, brand presence and market share. In this role, he will also work closely with the CEO and COO on the Company’s overall strategy and execution.
Dowd has a deep breadth of experience in personal, commercial, standard and specialty insurance lines of business and a proven track record of producing results far outpacing the industry. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Aegis General, where he led the expansion of top and bottom line growth, expanding the company’s geographic, product and distribution footprint from 11 to 35 states. Dick also served in an executive capacity at Munich Re’s American Modern Insurance Group, where he spearheaded company sales and marketing initiatives that created profitable growth from $500 million to $1.2 billion during his twelve-year tenure.

Dick is experienced in Florida’s property insurance market, having worked for national and regional carriers that have served Florida’s homeowners. He has assumed responsibility for the company’s field sales, internal sales, marketing and agency management teams. He is tasked with helping his employees further deepen American Integrity’s partnerships with preferred independent agency partners, and increase the company’s footprint and brand awareness throughout Florida.
