The Sinclair Group is excited to welcome Joanie Pelaez as Chief Financial Officer. Pelaez brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and corporate finance. Pelaez earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Tampa. As CFO, she will work closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen financial oversight, enhance operational performance, and support the company’s continued growth.
