We are also excited to announce that Rebecca Hughes, currently Senior Program Manager for ARPA-funded programs, will become Director of Grants Management and help with grantmaking across the entire foundation. Rebecca joined PCF in May 2023. Since then, she has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities, including her promotion to Senior Program Manager with a focus on ARPA in July 2024.
