deepwatch, a leading provider of intelligence-driven managed security services, announced that Ron Peele has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Nick Reskusic has joined as Vice President Finance and Controller. deepwatch previously announced a $23 Million Series A investment.

He held leadership roles at AOL/Time Warner Ventures and has served on the Boards of RedClinic, Surefire Local and InfuSystem.
