My Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS) has selected Shayne Fairley as the company’s new Chief Operations Officer. In his new role Shayne will oversee the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. “I have the privilege to work with very sharp and genuine people every day who provide tools and service to Realtors® to help them succeed in their businesses. I look forward to continuing to lift up our employees and MFRMLS to greater heights, and I’m excited to help shape, not only the future of MFRMLS, but also our industry,” Shayne expressed. Shayne brings an expansive wealth of MLS experience to the COO role, having spent more than 12 years at the company in various positions. He began as a support technician and advanced to build and manage the training team before taking on a project management role to oversee system changes and new product integrations. His most recent position was as Vice President of Customer Relations, in which he managed the support, administrative and compliance departments.
