Prominent Tampa Bay commercial real estate leader and top producer in the office / retail / land segments, Stevens Tombrink CCIM, has joined LandQwest Commercial as Managing Director of the Tampa office.
In this leadership role, Stevens will spearhead the expansion of the LandQwest brand across Tampa Bay. This includes mentoring existing agents, growing its agent roster, and providing thought leadership to the greater Tampa Bay commercial real estate industry.
A Tampa Bay native with deep-rooted relationships, Stevens brings 30-years of diverse commercial real estate experience specializing in office and retail leasing and sales. Throughout his career, he has been involved in 300+ transactions with a deal volume exceeding $450,000,000.
“We are thrilled to have Stevens join the Team,” said Founding Principal, John Mounce. “He has a successful reputation of growing office footprints for very prominent brands. He was a natural fit and great cultural addition!”
A recognized powerhouse with an “easy-going” reputation, Stevens’ track record has catapulted market share for notable firms including The Sembler Company as VP, Grubb & Ellis as Managing Director / EVP / Partner, and Equity Inc. as its SE Regional Brokerage Manager. Prior to LandQwest, Stevens was Senior VP with Redstone Commercial, where he was responsible for business development.
He received the “Top Producer, General Brokerage” award by the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR), and was a four-time top national producer for his transactions with USAA Realty Company.
“Many commercial pro’s have brokered a deal with Stevens over the years,” said Founding Principal, Rokki Rogan. “What’s more, he understands the intricacies of property management, and how valuable that service is for our clients.”
An active member of the Tampa Bay community, Stevens has served as President of the Brandon 86 Rotary, Trustee Polk Museum of Art, Gala Chair Polk Museum of Art, Plant City YMCA Board Member, Metro YMCA Oversight Committee, and Co-Chair of the Florida State University Real Estate Network and Trends Conference.
Stevens is a long-time leader for NAIOP, serving as President and Board Member of the National, State, and Tampa chapters, and is 2020 Co-Chair / 2021 Chairman for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Florida convention.
He’s also a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Competent Toastmaster (CTM). As such, he frequently moderates, speaks, and is a panelist at numerous industry events.
