Tampa’s David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts has announced the successor to president and CEO Judith Lisi, whose retirement will take effect Sept. 30.

The new administrator is Greg Holland, currently the president of Brown-Holland Entertainment and CEO of Lighthouse Immersive.
A former Broadway producer, Holland was also CEO of Broadway San Francisco and CEO of the Dallas-based SHN Presents.
In a prepared statement, Lisi sang Holland’s praises. “Greg is the ultimate seasoned professional and I am delighted to leave Tampa’s performing arts center in his capable and inspired hands,” she said.
Lisi joined the Straz Center team in 1992, when it was known as the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. She helped launch Opera Tampa, based at the multi-theater complex, and the Patel Conservatory, a training center for young theater artists.
Lisi, who’s retiring to spend more time with her family, plans to keep her seat on the Straz Center’s foundation board.
