A fee of $250 applies to list your startup on Venture Catalyst.

• Your active profile for a year. We won’t process the payment until we’ve approved your application.
• The potential for a print feature in Tampa Bay Business, a monthly magazine directly mailed to 15,000 business decision makers in the Tampa Bay area.
• An exclusive interview on Startup Report, a show that profiles the companies that are putting our community on the venture map.
• Two blasts - your profile and Startup Report episode - out through the Daily Spark email. 
• Exposure and the opportunity to connect with influencers in the local startup community, who are interested in sharing their wisdom and giving back to young companies that are helping to renew our job base.

A note on general solicitation:  Your Venture Catalyst profile contains general information about your company and your leadership, as well as historical information about capital raises.  It does not imply a current round and is therefore not general solicitation.  Please consult your attorney before uploading any documents (pitch decks, etc) that advertise a current round as it may increase the verification requirements for taking new investors.
