21-Year-Old USF Biochemistry Student Launches ChemPass: A Revolution for the Future of STEM Education

Organic Chemistry is the “great filter” of higher education—a notoriously difficult gateway course that discourages thousands of talented students from pursuing careers in medicine and research each year. As a 21-year-old active Biochemistry student at the University of South Florida, I have experienced these challenges firsthand.

On August 17th, I am officially launching ChemPass, a digital platform designed to fundamentally revolutionize the chemistry landscape. By bridging the gap between abstract classroom theory and practical, visual application, we are not just helping students pass a class—we are securing the future of the STEM workforce. ChemPass replaces outdated rote memorization with an interactive, tech-forward ecosystem that empowers undergraduate students to master the complexities of reaction synthesis, nomenclature, and chemical theory with precision and confidence.
