3rd Annual Florida One-On-One Doubles Tennis Champions Return To St. Petersburg

The 3rd Annual Florida One-On-One Doubles Championships returns to St. Petersburg this Fall. Top college, pro and senior tennis players will be competing for $3000 in prize money, on Saturday, November 4th, at the St. Petersburg Tennis Center starting at Noon. One-On-One Doubles, considered the Third game of Tennis alongside Singles and Doubles, is the crosscourt serve-and-volley Singles game including the Doubles Alley. The four- hour tennis event will kickoff with a celebratory blues, rock and jazz concert performed by Tampa’s TBONE HAMILTON BAND. THE HANGAR RESTAURANT & FLIGHT LOUNGE will be selling food. The Tennis Center will have soda, beer and wine available for a donation. This is a FREE EVENT. Proceeds to benefit the Tennis Center’s COURIER’S KIDS inner-city tennis program for juniors.
