Katrina Weekly strikes again – landlord and code violations at boca ciega townhomes

Hello,

I was attending St. Pete Tenants Uniom when a resident came in with her aunt with complaints about their apartments and their landlords retaliatory tactics after she finds out the complaints have been made.

I have pictures detailing the horrifying conditions and the tenant also has doctors notes documenting the health issues she and her son have faced.

I realize you all have covered Miss Weekly’s property before but its seems their is nothing being dine by the city to hold this individual accountable. I understand she is no longer in the housing authority board but she is still operating but codes isn’t making sure she is compliant.

There are severe mold issues, rats in some of the properties, and her relative who has a master key to the apartments has been caught going in amd out of people’s houses. And when people have gone to the city she has either not renewed their lease, given them lease violations, or allowed her relatives to intimidate them by kicking their doors and attempting to get physical with them.

This is unacceptable and I hope you all cover this story.

If you do, I will give you the names of the tenants as well as the pictures I have this far.

Best,

Jameka Williams
