Barkett Realty Matches Buyer with Rare $6.9 Million Waterfront Home

Indian Shores, FL — Andrew C. Tsunis, a Broker Associate with Barkett Realty, assisted his buyer in purchasing an incredibly unique home in Indian Shores, FL. Not only was the home the largest estate sale to occur in Indian Shores within the last decade, closing at $6.9 million, but it was a rare combination of both beachside and dockside—less than one percent of properties in Pinellas County contain both of these unique characteristics.
