# Green Turtle Brewery & Public House and Velvet Mat Yoga Present First Annual Doggy Drag Show During St. Pete Pride Week

**ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. —** Green Turtle Brewery & Public House and Velvet Mat Yoga are proud to announce **their First Annual Doggy Drag Show**, a one-of-a-kind Pride Week celebration benefiting local animal charities. The event will take place on **Thursday, June 25, at 7 p.m.** at Green Turtle Brewery & Public House, located at **534 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701**.

“This event is all about celebrating individuality, supporting our local community, and having fun while raising money for animals in need,” said Todd Bearden, owner of Green Turtle Brewery & Public House. “We’re excited to partner with Velvet Mat Yoga to create what we hope becomes a beloved St. Pete Pride tradition.”

Combining Pride, community spirit, and a love for animals, the event invites dog owners and their canine companions to dress in their most fabulous attire and compete for prizes while raising money for animals in need.

Contestants will be judged in three categories:

* Best Dog Appearance and Costume
* Best Handler Appearance and Presentation
* Audience Response and Crowd Engagement

Participants and spectators alike can expect an evening full of laughter, creativity, and unforgettable moments as dogs and handlers take the stage in support of a worthy cause.
