The brick buildings in Northeast Plaza, at the intersection of 3rd St N and 39th Ave N are tumbling down. Destruction of the buildings occured at a fast rate today. These photos were taken at 2:45 this afternoon. Specualtion regarding the new tenant is rampant. Whole Foods? Not Whole Foods? It’s time for something new in this prime location.
