Volunteers of America of Florida (VOAFL) is excited to announce that Innovare Apartments, VOAFL’s affordable housing project in St. Petersburg, will welcome the first of its residents on February 14, 2022.
The day isn’t just about providing homes; it signifies the beginning of a positive life change for many.
VOAFL’s Innovare Apartments supports our mission by providing 50 units of affordable, stable housing — some of which are allocated for extremely low-income individuals. By offering a safe environment and a stable foundation, we reaffirm our commitment to those who need it most.
“Today isn’t just about handing over keys to residents; it’s about fostering resilience and self-sufficiency. We believe everyone deserves a home to return to at the end of the day,” says Janet Stringfellow, the CEO/President of Volunteers of America of Florida.
