Empath Health Announces Grand Opening of Multi-Service Location in Hillsborough County
Brandon, FL – Empath Health announces the grand opening of its first Multi-Service Location in Hillsborough County at 422 South Kings Avenue, Brandon, FL 33511, Wednesday, October 26 at 11 a.m. Remarks will begin at 11 a.m. Tours and light refreshments will follow.
This space houses Suncoast Hospice of Hillsborough, a member of Empath Health and the newest non-profit provider of hospice care in Hillsborough that began in late 2021. Other Empath programs and services will join in the future, including Empath Home Health, Empath Medical Services, Empath Grief Care, Empath Personal Care and EPIC (Empath Personal Care).
“Bringing our full life care to the residents of Hillsborough County is an honor and a privilege,” said Rafael J. Sciullo, CEO of Empath Health. “It continues to be our goal to look for ways Empath can be of service to others, meeting them where they are.”
“Our Brandon location allows us to reach those populations traditionally underserved by hospice, especially the migrant community and the more rural parts of the county,” said Empath Health President Jonathan Fleece. “Empath Health wants to ensure everyone who needs our specialized care has access to it whenever they need it.”
