Engel & Völkers St. Pete wins multiple awards. The team won two awards and six agents won individual awards.

St. Pete, Fla – June 9, 2021 – Engel & Volkers St. Pete continues to make headlines as a young, budding luxury real estate agency. Opening formally in February 2019 in downtown St. Petersburg just off of Beach Drive on 2nd Ave NE, the brokerage has experienced amazing growth in just a few short years. During the Americas company-wide awards last week, Engel & Völkers recognized several St. Pete real estate advisors as well as one team for their accomplishments last year.
There were four different levels of awards: Onyx Elite, Ruby Elite, Diamond Elite and Chairman’s Circle.
An Onyx Elite Level Engel & Völkers Club Advisor earned between $65,000 and $99,999 in closed GCI, or a minimum of 12 closed sides, for calendar year 2020. Jeff Teach, Maddy Krasne and Justin Hasenour were awarded the Onyx Elite club level.
A Ruby Level Elite Engel & Völkers Club Advisor earned between $100,000 and $249,999 in closed GCI, or a minimum of 24 closed sides, for calendar year 2020. Carla Arthur, Rebecca Larson andZachary Campbellwere all awarded the Ruby Elite Club Level.
A Diamond Elite Level Engel & Völkers Club Advisor earned between $250,000 and $624,999 in closed GCI, or a minimum of 36 closed sides, for calendar year 2020. Nick Filtz and Paul Kalloghilian were both awarded the Diamond Elite Club level.
A Chairman’s Circle Engel & Völkers Elite Club Advisor earned greater than $1,000,000 in closed GCI, or a minimum of 60 closed sides, for calendar year 2020. Engel & Völkers Leisa Erickson Group was awarded the Chairman’s Circle award and was the #10 Top Team out of all E & V Americas’ sales teams.
