EPIC’s Clearwater Location Moving to New, More Convenient Space

EPIC (Empath Partners in Care), a member of Empath Health, is thrilled to announce that its Clearwater location is moving to a new, more convenient facility designed to better serve the community. Starting, Monday, July 14, EPIC will welcome clients in its new home at 4600 140th Ave. N., Suite 220, Clearwater, FL 33762.

The new location is easily accessible via Bus Route 52, offering greater convenience for clients across Pinellas County.

EPIC’s current office at 5771 Roosevelt Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33760 will close as operations will fully transition to the updated space. While the address will change, EPIC’s commitment to working tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals, families and communities, regardless of HIV or STI status, gender or sexual identity, by addressing the social determinants of health remains the same.

At the new Clearwater location, clients will continue to have access to EPIC’s comprehensive services, including:

– Confidential and free HIV testing

– Mental health services

– Housing assistance

– Food pantry

– EPIC Pharmacy
