Florida’s First Craft Sake House, In Between Days, Now Has Five In-House Sake Sommeliers
Since 2021, This Tiny Tokyo-Style Bar Has Quietly Built One of the Largest Sake Menus on the East Coast
St. Petersburg, FL — Since opening its doors in 2021, In Between Days has earned a cult following for its intimate setting, diverse vinyl selection, and deep dedication to Japanese craft sake. Now, the bar proudly announces that it is home to five in-house certified sake sommeliers, each accredited by the prestigious Sake Sommelier Association of London.
With just 7 tables and 6 bar stools, In Between Days channels the spirit of a hidden Tokyo alley bar—cozy, transportive, and highly curated. Despite its small footprint, the bar boasts one of the largest sake menus on the East Coast, offering more than 50 sakes, most of which are available by the glass. For those in the know—or simply bold enough to ask, there are also off-menu selections held in reserve for special moments and adventurous palates.
Under the leadership of head sake educator and sommelier Noah Sain, the team pairs these exceptional sakes with an evolving menu of thoughtfully prepared small plates, designed to highlight and elevate the unique flavors of sakes in their portfolio.
“Our goal has always been to bring Japanese sake culture to life in a way that’s intimate, approachable, and true to its roots,” said Sain.
Tucked away in St. Petersburg, FL, In Between Days continues to redefine what a sake bar can be—blending world-class beverage knowledge with soul, sound, and simplicity.
