GTE Financial Elevates Leadership: Manny Aguilar and Dona Svehla Promoted to Key Executive Roles

GTE Financial is excited to announce the promotions of two distinguished leaders within the organization. Manny Aguilar has been elevated to Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer (CXO), while Dona Svehla ascends to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Lending Officer. Their exceptional contributions have been vital in driving GTE Financial’s success and reflect the credit union’s unwavering commitment to its members, strategic goals, and outstanding service.

Aguilar steps into his new role as Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at GTE Financial, where he will continue to spearhead initiatives in Member Business Lending, Private Banking, and Advisory Services. In addition to these responsibilities, Aguilar will now oversee CFC Operations, Member Sales, Community Engagement, and Member Care. Since joining GTE Financial in 2020, he has brought over 20 years of invaluable experience from the banking and financial services industry, including an 18-year tenure as a Commercial Banking Executive at Regions Bank.
