HEP Hosts Annual Back to School Bash

CLEARWATER, FL – The Homeless Empowerment Program (HEP) hosted its annual Back-to-School Bash at its Clearwater campus today. All of HEP’s school-age children received backpacks, school supplies, uniforms, haircuts, sports physicals and even manicures! The featured guest was Phinley – the mascot of the Clearwater Threshers- and the families enjoyed food provided by PDQ.
