The agency, which specializes in technology and healthcare, already has clients with operations throughout Florida, including Salesforce, Humana, and Drift. Ten team members currently live in the region, and 13 in the state, and CEO Trevor Yager splits his time between Indianapolis and St. Petersburg.

Yager chose Tampa Bay as the ideal area in which to expand based on several factors. First among them is the thriving landscape for tech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences. He is also encouraged by the wealth of local creative talent and the growth mindset of the region. Naturally, the local amenities such as the weather, beautiful natural environment, and vibrant social scene add to the appeal.

While the company fully embraces remote work, they are weighing options for a physical location in the Tampa area for in-person client meetings, workshops, and other collaborations.
