St. Petersburg, Florida (May 23, 2023) – StretchLab, a leading national assisted stretching franchise, announced their new studio is open in St Petersburg. The St Petersburg store is at 1760 Fourth Street North, with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting being held May 25th, from 10-2 pm (ribbon cutting at 11:00) with the President and CEO of StretchLab Verdine Baker and Mayor Ken Welch. The Tampa Bay area is a hot fitness region, with StretchLab studios already open in South Tampa and Largo. Behind this location, and the owner of the aforementioned studios Is Soosie Lazenby, an accomplished StretchLab franchisor, having previously owned studios in the Boston area, along with a Club Pilates studio. She also is the owner and founder of UrbanCOAST, a premier event and wedding stationer in the Southeast. Additionally, Lazenby is a Tampa Bay native, proven entrepreneur, Shorecrest alum and sports marketing veteran who served on the WTA Board of Directors, plans to open additional studios in the Tampa Bay market. “Tampa Bay is one of the hottest markets in the US and this population is investing in their health and wellness.
